随着互联网信息技术的不断发展和国家对文化产业的大力支持,一批拥有丰富内容资源、分销渠道的出版企业已经着力推进数字化转型与建设,同时策划编辑的工作职责也越来越重,笔者从策划编辑分阶段的主要工作职责谈起,然后按重要性和紧迫性两个维度对具体工作任务进行梳理分类,并介绍了其他几个时间管理理念和技巧,最后通过“高效能策划编辑的一天”展示笔者关于时间管理的实践。
