在胃肠道生理作用的调节中,神经系和胃肠道的激素起着重要作用。近年来,有关胃肠肽的分离、分布、结构、功能、测定方法、生物合成及临床意义等方面的研究工作进展很快。本文拟就某些重要胃肠肽的分布、功能及临床意义作一简要综述。胃肠肽激素的分布用免疫荧光技术发现,胃肠道生物活性肽主要分布于胃肠道内分泌细胞和胰岛。神经肽主要分布于神经细胞、神经纤维和神经末梢。胃泌素主要由胃窦之G细胞分泌。缩胆
In the regulation of the physiological role of the gastrointestinal tract, the nervous system and gastrointestinal hormones play an important role. In recent years, research on gastrointestinal peptide separation, distribution, structure, function, determination method, biosynthesis and clinical significance progress rapidly. This article is intended to give a brief overview of the distribution, function and clinical significance of some important gastrointestinal peptides. Distribution of gastrointestinal peptide hormones found by immunofluorescence, gastrointestinal bioactive peptides are mainly distributed in the gastrointestinal endocrine cells and islets.
