改革开放以来,农村经济日益活跃,广大青年物质生活水平显著提高,这是有目共睹的事实。那么,他们的精神文化生活情况怎样呢?山东省消费者协会最近组织对11个地、15个县、51个乡镇的700名农村青年(16—28周岁)精神文化消费情况进行了调查。调查表明,富裕了的农村青年已不满足于吃饱喝足穿好,而把相当一部分财力、精力投向精神文化消费上,主要表现在以下三个方面: 一是精神文化消费支出出数额可观。700名青年人均每年用于生活消费的支出为960.96元,这中间,年人均用于文化娱乐等精神文化方面的消费支出为147.59元,占15.4%。其中,年人均购买书报杂志27.94元,看电影、录相、演出支出19元,分别是86年山东省农民人均采书报杂志(2.52元)、文娱费(0.37元)的11倍和51倍。旅游支出异军突起,年人均支出达29元,占年精神文化消费支出的19.6%。
Since the reform and opening up, the rural economy has become increasingly active and the material living standards of the vast majority of young people have risen markedly. This is a fact that is obvious to all. So what is their spiritual and cultural life? Shandong Provincial Consumer Association recently conducted a survey on the spiritual and cultural consumption of 700 rural youth (16-28 years old) in 11, 15 and 51 townships. The survey shows that wealthy rural youth are not satisfied with enough to eat enough to wear, while a considerable part of the financial and energy investment in spiritual and cultural consumption, mainly in the following three aspects: First, spiritual and cultural spending a considerable amount of expenditure. Among them, the per capita purchase of newspapers and magazines 27.94 yuan, watching movies, video recording, performance expenditure 19 yuan, respectively, in 86 Shandong Province per capita mining newspapers and magazines (2.52 yuan), entertainment fees (0.37 yuan) 11 times and 51 Times Tourism expenditures sprung up everywhere, with an average annual expenditure of 29 yuan, accounting for 19.6% of the annual spiritual and cultural consumption expenditure.
