积极心理学视阈下,江苏省扬州商务高等职业学校“魅力德育”工作室遵循思想政治工作规律、教书育人规律、职业学校学生成长规律,以“仁爱思想、人本理论”等为基础,以培养“品行好、技能强、素质高、能力优且具有一技之长”的魅力职校生为目标,以建构“魅力德育目标、魅力德育环境、魅力德育队伍、魅力德育课堂、魅力德育活动”为主要内容,整体构建了职业学校魅力德育体系,有效提升了职业学校魅力德育影响力。
