作者用戊二醛处理血清,血清IgG与白蛋白形成交联分子,其电泳迁移度稍大于白蛋白,可对IgG顺利地进行电泳免疫扩散定量。本法操作简单,快速,血清IgG最低检出量为3.15—6.30μg/ml,变异系数为5.71~4.91%。测定了53例正常人血清IgG含量为12.05±3.0mg/ml。
