教学反思是教师专业发展和自我成长的核心因素。叶澜教授指出,一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师写三年教学反思,有可能成为名师。没有反思的经验,只能是狭隘、片面、肤浅的经验;不会反思的教师,他的教学能力和水平顶多只是经验的累积,能够不断反思的教师,他的教育智慧就会随之不断增长。教学反思
