1989年,南通市某县锅炉安装公司在本县某小型电站安装了一台SHL10-25/400-A型锅炉。仅用了85天,对流管14%的胀口产生了环向裂纹,这是一种罕见事故。笔者仅从安全技术角度作一分析,使我们从中吸取教训。 1 事故简要经过该台锅炉1989年年底安装结束,1990年4月2日正式投运,运行85天。6月25日13时45分,发现给水压力小于过热器出口蒸汽压力,水泵不能进水。采取汽机停机、锅炉临时停炉措施后,消除水泵缺陷。待到14时45分水泵修复后,锅炉缓慢升压恢复正常。运行到22时发现炉膛有跑正压现象,经检查听到对流管部位有泄漏响声,当即有步骤地停机停炉。在停炉自然冷却阶段,从有关相应炉门部位发现胀口有明显泄漏。冷却后的第二天打开上下锅筒入孔检查,起初发现上锅
