作者研究了酗酒者与健康者脑MRI的结构改变、PET图象的脑葡萄糖代谢和神经精神测试所得脑功能参数三者间的关系。作者选择右利男性酗酒者10例,年龄27~51岁。饮啤酒量平均每周176罐,10例均为酒精依赖者,并有酒精中毒近亲史,接受本研究检查前已分别戒酒6~32天,无其它毒品摄取史。对照组也是10例右利男性,年龄24~59岁,平均33.8岁,不酗酒,无酒精中毒近亲史,无使用其它毒品史。两组受检者在接受检查6大前必须停用任何药物,同时接受医疗和神经精神检查。
The authors studied the relationship between brain MRI changes in alcoholics and healthy subjects, brain glucose metabolism in PET images, and brain function parameters in neuropsychiatric tests. The author selected right-male alcoholism in 10 cases, aged 27 to 51 years. The average amount of beers consumed was 176 cans per week. All 10 patients were alcohol-dependent and had a close family history of alcoholism. Before taking this study, they had stopped drinking for 6 to 32 days respectively without any other drug intake. The control group is also 10 right-handed men, aged 24 to 59 years old, with an average of 33.8 years old, not alcoholism, alcoholism without any other drug history. Both groups had to discontinue any medications prior to being examined, as well as undergo medical and neuropsychiatric examinations.
