利用通用有限元方法建立水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层有限元模型,计算车轮荷载位于最不利位置时沥青加铺层的应力分布以及超载对沥青加铺层应力的影响,并分析接缝处沥青加铺层应力随吸收层模量变化的规律.计算结果表明:接缝处沥青加铺层的主应力、等效应力以及应力强度均远大于其他位置,反射裂缝由此产生并向上扩展;随着应力吸收层模量从20 MPa增加到100 MPa,沥青加铺层主拉应力相应减小8%,说明采用较大模量的吸收层可延缓反射裂缝的出现.此外,超载也对沥青加铺层反射裂缝的产生具有实质性的影响.
The common finite element method is used to build the finite element model of asphalt overlay on cement concrete pavement. The stress distribution of asphalt overlay and the influence of overloading on the stress of asphalt overlay are calculated when the wheel load is in the most unfavorable position. The results show that the main stress, equivalent stress and stress intensity of asphalt overlay at seams are much larger than those at other locations, and the reflection cracks are generated and expanded upward. With the increase of As the modulus of stress absorption layer increases from 20 MPa to 100 MPa, the main tensile stress of asphalt overlay decreases by 8% correspondingly, which indicates that the use of larger modulus absorber can delay the appearance of reflection cracks. Layer reflection cracks have a substantial impact.
