病历摘要患儿男,12岁。以间断性头痛、头昏伴腹痛半年之主诉于1990年6月25日入院。头痛、头昏时曾按“感冒”治疗好转。此后不定期阵发性发作,每次约数分钟或持续30min 左右,似针刺样疼痛。发作时自服“安乃近”可缓解。腹痛以脐部为甚,伴腹胀、恶心,先后发作5～6次。用药不详,但可缓解。病后无发烧、咳嗽及出皮疹。近1月来消瘦、疲倦,不能上学,又按“贫血”治疗。3日前因腹痛剧烈,
