目的探讨细节护理对提高急诊内科患者护理满意度的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年9月在沈阳市第一人民医院急诊内科就诊的230例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各115例。对照组患者给予常规急诊内科护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施细节护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度及自我效能感量表(GSES)评分。结果观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的自我认知、治疗环境、病情控制感、自信心评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在急诊内科开展细节护理,可以有效改善护理质量,提高患者的自我认知功能。
Objective To explore the impact of nursing details on nursing satisfaction in emergency medical patients. Methods From January 2014 to September 2015, 230 patients admitted to Emergency Department of First People’s Hospital of Shenyang were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group (115 cases) according to random number table method. The patients in the control group were given routine emergency medical care. The patients in the observation group were given detailed nursing care based on the control group. The patients’ satisfaction degree of care and the self-efficacy scale (GSES) were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the self-cognition, treatment environment, disease control and self-confidence score of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group, The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusions Nursing care in emergency department can effectively improve the quality of nursing and enhance the patients’ self-cognitive function.
