The military top wear (referred to as military service) is a special form derived from the Dai Dai in the Qing Dynasty, used to reward the military and civilian established military. It started in the last years of the repression of Lin Shuangwen uprising in Qianlong, Jiaqing years to establish a more comprehensive management system. Since Daoguang went down in the latter period, its issuance has been gravely flooded. It not only gives the right to lower the rank and scope but also swells in quantity and even is widely distributed to marginalized social groups that have nothing to do with military power. It is theoretically possible for those who wear military jackets to obtain military employment on the basis of this theory, but they are usually only “top-ranked”. Compared to many other aspects of the reward system, it can be described as a cheap name.
