In the first phase, a total of 40 people participated, including the director of the factory, the chairman of the labor union, the workshops, the deputy director of the research office, the chief of the administrative division, and the female worker committee. The study class used the health education reader as the learning content. In combination with the primary education, the students had to study for two hours and a total of 8 school hours.
