在青年中广泛开展职业技能培训,是提高青年劳动力素质、促进青年就业的重要环节,也是促进青年可持续发展,提升我国综合竞争力的重要举措。近年来,上海市职业技能培训工作顺利推进,为促进青年就业、改善和提升青年就业素质发挥了应有的作用,但也存在着青年参与热情、培训质量不够高,师资队伍难以适应要求,培训管理工作合力尚未形成等不足。今后,要从进一步完善管理机制建设、加强师资队伍建设、加强时青年的教育等方面入手,推进职业技能培训工作。
