目的 :探讨负压封闭引流技术与吸附材料在大面积皮肤撕脱中的应用。方法 :选择94例大面积皮肤撕脱伤患者,对照组进行传统治疗方法,实验组采用负压封闭引流技术治疗方法。比较两组患者的住院时间、治愈情况和感染率。结果 :实验组患者的住院时间为(20.1±7.6)d,对照组患者的住院时间为(30.5±6.1)d。实验组感染率为19.15%,对照组感染率为44.68%。实验组一期愈合患者占比82.98%;对照组一期愈合患者占比63.83%。结论 :针对大面积皮肤撕脱伤患者,可以采用负压封闭引流技术并辅助吸附材料的治疗方法,其具有感染率低和治愈时间快的优点。
Objective: To explore the application of vacuum sealing drainage technology and adsorbent in the skin avulsion of large area. Methods: Ninety-four patients with large-area skin avulsion were selected and the control group was treated by traditional methods. The experimental group was treated by negative pressure drainage technique. The length of hospital stay, the cure and the rate of infection were compared between the two groups. Results: The length of stay in the experimental group was (20.1 ± 7.6) days and that in the control group was (30.5 ± 6.1) days. The experimental group infection rate was 19.15%, the control group infection rate was 44.68%. The experimental group of primary healing accounted for 82.98%; control group of primary healing accounted for 63.83%. CONCLUSIONS: For patients with extensive skin avulsion injuries, negative pressure occlusion drainage techniques may be used to assist in the treatment of adsorbent materials, with the advantages of low infection rate and rapid healing time.
