1984年2月以来，在我县火星乡枣林村连续发现疟疾现症病人。经流行病学调查，系我县第二建筑公司于1983年9月2日组织了89人到云南省河口修建公路，外出时间为140天，其中3人留住云南，余86人返回古蔺。在云南时的86人中有31人发病，患病率为36.05％，回县后有18例复发，复发率为53.06％。经实验室检查，致病虫株为一株变异间日疟，特报告如下。
Since February 1984, malaria patients have been found continuously in Zaolin Village, Marsh Township, our county. By epidemiological investigation, the second construction company in our county on September 2, 1983 organized 89 people to build roads in the estuary of Yunnan Province, out of time for 140 days, of which three people retained in Yunnan, more than 86 people returned to Gulin . In Yunnan, there were 31 out of 86 people, the prevalence rate was 36.05%, 18 cases returned to the county, the recurrence rate was 53.06%. After laboratory tests, the disease-causing strains of a cross between vivax malaria, special report is as follows.
