Health is the basic factor for the survival and development of mankind. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standard, many modern civilized diseases have emerged in today’s society. In combating various diseases, people find that physical exercise is an effective means of maintaining the body’s functions and physical fitness in the best condition.
