【目的】研究不同基质对康佳德澳百合组培苗的移栽成活率情况及生长健壮度的影响。【方法】试验以康佳德澳百合组培苗为试材,用草炭土、蛭石,珍珠岩为基质原料,将其进行7种不同处理。【结果】本身富含有机质的草炭土加珍珠岩混合的基质疏松,保水保肥性好,是最适宜于康佳德澳百合成活的基质,成活率可达100%;草炭土次之,成活率98%;最差为蛭石,成活率30%。【结论】康佳德澳百合组培苗移栽时用草炭土和珍珠岩各50%混合做基质,组培苗成活效果最好。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of different substrates on the transplanted survival rate and the growth robustness of the tissue culture seedlings of Konjac and Lilium. 【Method】 Tests were made on the tissue culture seedlings of KONKA Takayoshi Lily, using peat soil, vermiculite and perlite as matrix materials, and carrying on 7 different treatments. 【Result】 The results showed that the organic matter-rich mixture of peat and perlite was loose and had good water and fertility. It was the most suitable substrate for the survival of Konjac and Lilium with 100% survival rate; followed by peat soil and survival rate 98%; the worst vermiculite, the survival rate of 30%. 【Conclusions】 The tissue culture seedlings of Konjac and Lilium were mixed with 50% peat and 50% pearlite for transplanting respectively. The tissue culture seedlings had the best survival effect.
