创新设计了一款多功能病员输送装置,旨在危急情况下以最少人力、较轻便的结构,在多种路况下将伤者快速转移到安全区域。该装置主体由三块铝合金板块铰接,以直流电机为动力源,经蜗轮蜗杆减速器,带动两个机构实现从担架到推车再到轮椅的可逆机构变形,实现在不同路况下快速将伤者转移救援的目的。通过电机驱动六杆机构将担架变形为滚动推车;电机进一步使摆杆继续驱动横杠,带动十杆机构使前后两铝合金板块转动,从而变形为轮椅;辅加一四杆机构作为防护扶手。该装置设计巧妙,功能多样,轻便可靠,制作成本低廉,具有较好的市场推广和应用价值。
