目的为了了解本院医疗质量的变化和从整体把握医疗质量水平的变化趋势及验证综合指数法的科学性与实用性。方法对作者所在医院１９９０～１９９８年上报卫生厅的国家统一统计报表资料中的１５个指标用综合指数法结合加权进行评价。结果作者所在医院１９９０－１９９８年整体综合医疗质量评价指数分别为：２４．６、１６．７、１５．２、９．４、７．１、２９．７、４７．３、５０．４、７７．０。结论指数值反映的医院综合医疗水平符合医院实际，也说明综合指数法结合加权用于医院医疗质量评价弥补了其它方法的不足，更适用。 Objective To understand the changes in the hospital’s medical quality, to grasp the overall trend of changes in the quality of medical care, and to verify the scientificity and practicality of the composite index approach. Methods The 15 indicators in the national unified statistical data submitted to the Health Department from 1990 to 1998 in the author’s hospital were evaluated using the combined index method combined with weighting. Results The overall comprehensive medical quality evaluation index of the hospital where the author was from 1990 to 1998 was: 24.6, 16.7, 15.2, 9.4, 7.1, 29.7, 47.3, 50.4, 77. .0. Conclusion The hospital comprehensive medical level reflected by the index value is consistent with the actual situation of the hospital. It also shows that the combined index method combined with the weighted use of hospital medical quality assessment makes up for the insufficiency of other methods and is more applicable.
