创新是企业发展的动力,群众性创新组织的构建,对企业自身竞争力的提升有着积极的促进作用。在对群众性创新组织的管理方法进行探究的过程中,笔者主要对与之有关的管理模式、责任分工、创新项目管控机制和人才培养机制等问题进行了探究。在笔者看来,在对群众性创新组织的职责分工进行明确的基础上,对创新项目的管理工作进行优化,是这一类组织的管理方法中的关键性因素。
Innovation is the driving force for the development of an enterprise. The construction of a mass innovation organization plays a positive role in promoting the competitiveness of enterprises. In the process of exploring the management methods of mass innovation organizations, the author mainly probes into the problems such as the management mode, the division of responsibilities, the management and control mechanism of innovative projects and the personnel training mechanism. In my opinion, optimizing the management of innovative projects on the basis of a clear division of responsibilities of mass innovation organizations is a key factor in the management of this type of organization.
