自走式田间作业机械要适应各种地况条件,应对不同的作业要求,需要采取特殊的结构与行走装置。选取铰接转向履带式拖拉机、自走式喷药机、自动喷灌机、高速插秧机和坡地联合收割机5种典型农田作业机械,分析其结构形式与作业需求之间的关系,重点探讨多履带、高地隙、多单元轴向组合、水田轮以及水平调节5种行走装置的工作原理与结构特点。
Self-propelled field operations machinery to adapt to a variety of conditions, to meet different operational requirements, the need to take special structure and walking devices. Five types of typical farm machinery, such as articulated steering crawler tractor, self-propelled sprayer, automatic irrigation machine, high-speed rice transplanter and hillside combine harvester, were selected to analyze the relationship between structure and operation requirements, High clearance, multi-unit axial combination, paddle wheel and horizontal adjustment of five kinds of walking device working principle and structural characteristics.
