为给中国奥运射箭提供理论支撑与智力支持,本文运用文献资料、逻辑演绎法对中国射箭训练的"三从两严"方针进行了深入剖析。在此基础上对中国射箭奥运备战模式进行了归纳与提炼认为,中国奥运射箭备战必须遵循:(1)构建训赛一体化的训练体系,提高训练难度;(2)注重小周期,以板块训练为核心,加强训练的专项性;(3)以强化负荷度为主,并辅以加量冲度,提升训练质量;(4)以技术为基础,以力量为重点,以心理为核心,提升综合训练效益。
