2016年的到来意味着有一批接受中等职业教育的新生开始步入了“00后”的行列,那么这些新世纪诞生的孩子们在对待职业教育的学习心理上较之以往又发生了哪些变化呢?如何针对于这些变化因材施教,因地制宜,是新的代沟和问题出现以后,职业教育与管理面临的新的挑战。本文我将结合自身近年来从事班主任工作的体会以及教师岗位的感受,联系2016过去一年间“00后”学生在生活、学习等方面的具体表现,最后通过分析“00后”学生的心理,思维方式,生活作息习惯,家庭认可程度,生活认知价值观等方面,探究“00后”中职学生的教育办法。从生源背景,家庭因素,男生女生各自不同地心理分析等方面,最终提出相对应的行之有效的管理对策。
The arrival of 2016 means that a batch of freshmen who have received secondary vocational education have begun to enter the ranks of “post-00s.” So how can those born in these new century’s psychology of learning vocational education compare to what happened in the past? How to deal with these changes in accordance with their aptitude, how to adapt to local conditions, is the new generation gap and the emergence of the problem, vocational education and management are facing new challenges. In this article, I will combine my experience of working as a class teacher in recent years with the experience of teachers, and contact with the specific performance of students in life and study in the past year after “00”. In the end, I will analyze the students after “00” Psychological, ways of thinking, lifestyle habits, family recognition, cognitive life values and other aspects, to explore “00 after ” vocational education approach. From the source background, family factors, boys and girls different psychological analysis, etc., and ultimately put forward the corresponding effective management countermeasures.
