采用水热法制备MUF树脂微球,讨论了反应体系pH值、停留时间、催化剂等因素对MUF树脂微球理化性质的影响.利用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、热重(TG)等方法对微球的粒径、形貌、结构和组成进行了测试和分析.研究结果表明:采用水热法在以甲酸、氢氧化钠为催化剂、pH值为11、水热温度120℃、水热时间12h条件下,能够制备出表面光滑和球形度好的平均粒径为10μm左右的MUF树脂微球.在pH值为5条件下,制备的MUF树脂微球热稳定性较好.“,”The MUF resin microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal method,and the effects of the pH value of the reaction system,residence time,catalyst and other factors on the physical and chemical properties of microspheres were discussed.The particle size,morphology,structure and composition of the product were tested and analyzed by means of SEM,FTIR and TG.The results showed that the MUF resin microspheres with smooth surface and good sphericity could be prepared by hydrothermal method with the formic acid and sodium hydroxide as catalyst,the pH value of 11,hydrothermal temperature of 120℃ and hydrothermal time of 12h.The average particle size of microspheres was about 10μ m.The thermal stability of MUF resin microspheres was better under the condition of pH value of 5.
