地西泮中毒救治过程中出现可逆性神经功能缺损的并发症目前尚未见报道。第二军医大学长海医院在抢救老年人地西泮中毒的病例中发现,部分病人在意识障碍缓解后出现偏瘫、失语等神经系统局灶性损伤的症状和体征。为明确原因,作者对第二军医大学长海医院神经内科急诊收治的地西泮中毒病人进行了临床观察及实验室相关分析,并就发病机制作初步探讨。
Diazepam poisoning during the treatment of reversible neurological deficit complications have not been reported.
