本文针对中职与大专“3+3”分段职业人才培养项目背景下,从教学现状和改革方法两个方面探索了“3+3”语文课程设置以及教学策略等方面的改进,以便满足中职与“3+3”分段培养体系课程构建以及培养优秀职业人才的需求。“3+3”语文教学旨在提升学生语文素养,对接高等教育,为学生就业服务。但传统教育教学理念的制约和中职院校学生特点,使语文教学中仍存在诸多弊病和问题,难以达到良好的课堂教学效果。学校和教师应改变以往教学方式,采用新型教学思维,提高语文课堂教学质量及效率。
Against the backdrop of the “3 + 3” segmented vocational talent training project, this paper explores the improvement of the “3 + 3” language curriculum and teaching strategies from the aspects of teaching status and reform methods , So as to meet the needs of secondary vocational education and “3 + 3” sub-training system curriculum construction and training of outstanding professional talents. “3 + 3 ” Chinese language teaching aims to improve students’ language literacy, butt higher education, and employment services for students. However, the limitations of traditional education and teaching concepts and the characteristics of students in vocational colleges make language teaching still exist many shortcomings and problems, it is difficult to achieve good classroom teaching results. Schools and teachers should change the previous teaching methods, adopt new teaching thinking, and improve the quality and efficiency of Chinese classroom teaching.
