针对英语教师进行教学评估的综合评判,选取绝对指标平均分、方差、及格率、优秀率以及相对指标进步率、进步程度这六个与考试成绩密切相关的、可反映教师教学水平的指标,通过建立平均率与进步难度系数的Logistic模型,对这六个指标进行主成分分析,确定出贡献率较高的三个主成分,得到综合评价值,进一步对所建立的模型所给的四个班两个学期的英语成绩进行检验,判断出最好班级。
