目的:对应用四维彩色多普勒超声技术对妊娠期胎儿先天性畸形实施检查的临床价值进行研究。方法:选择我院收治的和在外院进行引产和分娩后证实为先天性畸形的病历24例,首先采用常规彩色彩色多普勒超声技术对研究对象进行产前检查,定义为对照组,然后再采用四维彩色多普勒超声技术对研究对象进行产前检查,定义为研究组。对比两组研究对象超声检测胎儿先天性畸形结果与引产和分娩后证实结果的符合率、先天性畸形的漏检率和误检率。结果:研究组研究对象超声检测胎儿先天性畸形结果与引产和分娩后证实结果的符合率明显高于对照组,组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05);先天性畸形的漏检率和误检率明显低于对照组,组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:应用四维彩色多普勒超声技术对妊娠期胎儿先天性畸形实施检查具有较高的临床价值。
Objective: To study the clinical value of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in the examination of fetal congenital malformations during pregnancy. Methods: Twenty-four cases of congenital malformations admitted to our hospital and confirmed as congenital anomalies in the out-hospital were selected. First, prenatal examination was performed on the subjects using conventional color-coded Doppler ultrasound, which was defined as the control group and then Four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound technology for the study of prenatal examination, defined as the study group. The coincidence rate of congenital malformations of fetuses and confirmed results after induction of labor and delivery were compared between the two groups. The rate of missed detection and the rate of false positives were compared between the two groups. Results: The coincidence rate between the study group and the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The rate of misdiagnosis and error of congenital malformation The detection rate was significantly lower than the control group, the data between the groups was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in the examination of fetal congenital malformations has a high clinical value.
