在知识经济时代,知识折旧的速度不断加速,这给企业的持续发展带来了巨大的挑战,对于智力密集型的保险行业尤其如此。我国保险行业经过多年的发展,行业规模在不断的膨胀,但是国内保险行业的发展更多是处于一个粗放发展阶段,行业整体竞争力并不强。在保险行业不断开放的背景下,众多外资保险机构已经开始进入攻城掠池,给国内保险机构的发展带来了空前压力。在此背景下保险机构唯有建立一个学习型组织才能有效地应对更急激烈的行业环境,进而树立持久竞争优势。本文通过对学习型组织的特点进行了一个阐述,并在此基础上提出了保险机构进行学习型组织建设的路径,以期为保险机构组织建设做出有益探索。
In the era of knowledge economy, the speed of knowledge depreciation is accelerating, which poses a huge challenge to the sustainable development of enterprises, especially for the intellectual-intensive insurance industry. After years of development in China’s insurance industry, the scale of the industry is constantly expanding. However, the development of the domestic insurance industry is at a more extensive stage of development. The overall competitiveness of the industry is not strong. Against the backdrop of the ever-opening up of the insurance industry, many foreign-funded insurance agencies have begun to plunge into the cities and brought unprecedented pressure on the development of domestic insurance institutions. Under this circumstance, only by establishing a learning organization can insurers effectively deal with the increasingly fierce industry environment, so as to establish a lasting competitive advantage. This paper elaborates the characteristics of the learning organization, and on this basis puts forward the path for the insurance organization to carry out the construction of learning organization so as to make a useful exploration for the organization construction of the insurance institution.
