目的:观察金花茶提取物的体内外抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用MTT法检测4种金花茶提取物对3种人胃癌细胞(MGC-803、HGC-27、SGC-7901)及人乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-435的抑制作用;采用小鼠肉瘤S180模型观察其体内抗肿瘤作用。结果:在体外实验中,金花茶提取物对人胃癌细胞(MGC-803、HGC-27、SGC-7901)和人乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-435均有显著的抑制作用,并且呈浓度依赖关系;在体内实验中,当剂量为50mg/kg时,JHC-1、2对小鼠肉瘤S180有显著的抑制作用,抑制率分别达42.39%和30.28%。结论:金花茶提取物在体内外均有显著的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-tumor effects of extracts of Camellia sinesis in vitro and in vivo. Methods: MTT assay was used to detect the inhibitory effects of four kinds of Camellia japonica extracts on three human gastric cancer cell lines (MGC-803, HGC-27 and SGC-7901) and human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB- Model to observe its anti-tumor effect in vivo. Results: In vitro, the extract of Camellia japonicum had a significant inhibitory effect on human gastric cancer cells (MGC-803, HGC-27, SGC-7901) and human breast cancer cell MDA-MB-435 in a concentration-dependent manner In vivo, JHC-1,2 inhibited mouse sarcoma S180 significantly at a dose of 50 mg / kg with the inhibitory rates of 42.39% and 30.28%, respectively. Conclusion: Camellia sinensis extract has significant antitumor activity both in vitro and in vivo.
