在需求分析理论指导下,结合英语教学需求分析模型,通过对高职非英语专业毕业生的问卷调查和对用人单位访谈、网上招聘信息中任职要求的调查,从社会需求分析角度对高职公共英语教学改革提出建议:课程设置应坚持“以职业能力为核心,职业能力与职业素养并重”的原则,课程培养目标应围绕“理论水平+实践能力”双重目标,课程教学内容应突出“实用性、模块化”的特点。
