在一个人青春期的成长中,班主任的作用至关重要。班主任是学生人生道路上遇到的“重要他人”,他的一言一行将深深地影响一个人的成长,甚至是整个人生。常常有人在多年之后回忆小学或中学老师时说:“遇上他是我一生的幸运!”关爱一个聪明听话、成绩优秀的好学生,每个老师都能做到,然而,关爱一个木讷、笨拙、成绩平平的学生还能做到吗?关爱一个既调皮捣蛋又不好好学习的后进生呢?在新的教育理念下,学校已成为师生共同学习成长、和谐发展的园地。在这样的新形势下,转变传统的“保姆式”“裁判式”管理方式,创建更为合理、更为人性化的新的班级管理模式,已成为一线班主任老师们高度关注的问题。我们在大量的来稿中,选登这组引导后进生个性发展的文章,旨在探讨班级管理工作的新途径、新方法。
The role of the head teacher is crucial in the growth of one’s adolescence. The class teacher is the “important person” encountered by the student on the road of life. His words and deeds will deeply affect a person’s growth and even the entire life. Often, when someone recalls a primary or secondary school teacher many years later, he says: “It is my life’s luck to meet him!” Caring for a good student who is smart and obedient and who has excellent grades can be done by every teacher. However, she cares for a dull, clumsy person. Can a student with a mediocre performance still be able to do it? Caring for an undergraduate who is both naughty and not good at learning? Under the new educational concept, the school has become a field for teachers and students to learn together to grow and develop harmoniously. Under such a new situation, changing the traditional “nanny-style” and “judgment-type” management methods to create a more rational and humane new class management model has become a topic of great concern to front-line head teachers.
