本文介绍了企业流程再造(BPR)在新产品开发流程(NPDP)中的实际应用。作为一种管理创新思想,BPR对涉及到企业流程的组织变革有着重要的指导作用。NPDP是制造业企业的核心业务流程之一,如何使其运转更加迅速、高效,提高企业竞争力是当今制造业企业面临的关键问题。本文从具体案例出发,不失其通用性,详细分析了以BPR作为指导思想对NPDP进行的再造工程。结果表明,再造工程使NPDP的各项性能指标得到了本质性的完善,再造项目取得了成功。最后本文分析了信息技术在其中的作用。
This article describes the practical application of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in the New Product Development Process (NPDP). As a management innovation idea, BPR plays an important guiding role in the organizational changes that involve business processes. NPDP is one of the core business processes of manufacturing companies. How to make it more efficient and efficient, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises is a key issue facing today’s manufacturing companies. This article starts from a specific case, without losing its versatility, and analyzes in detail the reengineering of NPDP with BPR as a guiding ideology. The results show that the reengineering project has made the NPDP’s performance indicators have been substantially improved, and the reengineering project has achieved success. Finally, this paper analyzes the role of information technology in it.
