目的 :观察应用不同 β -受体阻滞剂后青光眼眼动脉血流动力学变化。方法 :用彩色多普勒检测 2 0例中、晚期开角型青光眼患者 ,应用选择性β1-受体阻滞剂 0 2 5%Betaxolol和非选择性 β-受体阻滞剂 0 5%Timolol,观察治疗前和治疗 2周后眼动脉收缩期峰值血流速度 (PSV)和舒张末期血流速度(EDV)。结果 :只有 0 2 5%Betaxolol治疗组眼动脉舒张末期血流速度 (EDV)治疗前后差异有显著性 (P<0 0 5) ,0 5%Timolol治疗组EDV治疗前后差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :选择性 β1-受体阻滞剂增加EDV ,降低眼动脉舒张期阻力 ,保证了血流灌注。
Objective: To observe the changes of ophthalmic artery hemodynamics in patients with glaucoma after using different β - receptor blockers. Methods: Twenty patients with moderate or advanced open-angle glaucoma were examined by color Doppler flow cytometry. Twenty-five percent of Betaxolol, a selective β1-receptor blocker, and 0.5% of non-selective β-blockers, The peak systolic velocity (PSV) and end diastolic velocity (EDV) were observed before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. Results: There was no significant difference between before and after EDV treatment in 0 25% Betololol treatment group (P <0 05), before and after EDV treatment in 0 5% Timolol treatment group (P> 0 0 5). Conclusion: Selective β1-blockers increase EDV, reduce diastolic resistance of ophthalmic artery and ensure blood perfusion.
