In recent years, with the vigorous development of health vocational education, the size of enrollment of medical school in secondary vocational schools has been constantly expanded. The overall quality of students is low. Some students have many shortcomings in learning abilities, personalities and routine behaviors. “Problem students ” increase in the proportion, seriously affecting the physical and mental health of students groups and the normal teaching order in the school, to student management has brought new problems [1].
