带状疱疹是由水痘一带状疱疹病毒引起的疾病。眼部带状疱是三叉神经的第一或第二支受水痘一带状疱疹病毒感染后而发生的眼睑皮肤病变,临床上常合并角膜炎;发生色素膜炎及继发青光眼者罕见。我院最近收治一例眼部带状疱疹合并角膜炎、前萄萄膜炎和继发青光眼病例。现报告如下。病例简介陈××,男,37岁,住院号:85622。1988年1月6日右前额及上睑部出现疼痛、红疹及小水泡疹,眼痛及偏头痛而到我院皮肤科就诊。诊断为带状疱疹。曾用氧化锌油及龙胆紫溶液治疗,水泡疹基本破溃及结痂。但此时出现右眼视力模糊,眼部胀痛及偏头 Shingles are a disease caused by a chickenpox-herpes zoster virus.
