: [目的 ]研究碘酸钾碘盐的稳定性。 [方法 ]取 2 3份干混法生产的 KIO3碘盐散装暴露在空气中常温常湿存放 8年 ,用直接滴定法测定不同存放期碘盐的含碘量。 [结果 ]在 2 2个月内共检测 14次 ,经方差分析 ,F=0 .0 6 ,P=1.0 0。第 2 2个月碘下降 0 .3% (P=0 .845 3) ;32个月碘下降 6 .4% (P<0 .0 1) ;36个月碘下降 9.1% (P<0 .0 1) ;6 0个月碘下降 10 .3% (P<0 .0 1) ;84个月碘下降 19.7% (P<0 .0 1) ;96个月碘下降 2 5 .5 % (P<0 .0 1)。其中第 36、5 4、6 0、84、96个月的存放期样品 10 0 %有程度不同的碘下降。碘下降率与其样品含碘量呈负相关。[结论 ]KIO3碘盐化学性质基本稳定 ,在碘盐商业流通周期内碘含量基本不变 ,建议将出厂盐、销售盐、用户盐含碘合格浓度统一定为≥ 40 mg/kg
: [Objective] To study the stability of potassium iodate salt. [Method] The KIO3 iodized salt produced by dry mixing method was exposed to air for 8 years in normal temperature and normal humidity. The iodine content of iodized salt in different storage period was measured by direct titration. [Results] A total of 14 tests were conducted within 22 months. By ANOVA, F = 0. 06, P = 1.0 0. Iodine decreased by 0.3% (P = 0.845 3) in the 22nd month, iodine decreased by 6.4% (P <0.01) in 32 months, and 9.1% decreased in 36 months (P0.01). (P <0.01); Iodine decreased by 19.7% (P <0.01) in 84 months; Iodine decreased by 25.5% in 96 months (P0.01) P <0 .0 1). The 36th, 54th, 60th, 84th and 96th months of storage samples had different degrees of iodine decay. The rate of iodine decline was negatively correlated with the iodine content of its sample. [Conclusion] The chemical properties of KIO3 iodized salt were basically stable. The content of iodine in the iodized salt commercial circulation period was basically the same. It is suggested that the qualified concentration of iodine in the production salt, the sales salt and the user salt be unified as ≥ 40 mg / kg
