在乙酰水杨酸的制备实验中存在着一些问题,使得反应副产物大,操作不安全,利用TRIZ理论,针对存在问题得出解决方法。最终利用杂多酸代替浓硫酸做催化剂进行实验,使实验充分体现了无污染的特点,与传统催化剂浓硫酸相比,对仪器腐蚀性小,对操作者的危害小,实验安全性大大增加。在水浴加热时需控制温度,控制不好导致温度过高使产量过低,改进为温度与水浴加热温度控制区间相近的共沸物来实现,使产率得到提高。
In the preparation of acetylsalicylic acid there are some problems in the experiment, making the reaction by-products, the operation is not safe, the use of TRIZ theory, the solution to the problem exists. In the end, heteropoly acid was used as a catalyst instead of concentrated sulfuric acid to make the experiment fully reflect the pollution-free characteristics. Compared with the traditional catalyst, concentrated sulfuric acid, the corrosion of the instrument is small, the harm to the operator is small, and the experimental safety is greatly increased. In the water bath to be controlled when the temperature control, poor control led to high temperature so that the yield is too low, to improve the temperature and water bath heating temperature control range similar to the azeotrope, so that the yield was improved.
