目前,中国航空货运业已进入了同质化竞争的时代,商业模式的趋同也是一个重要表现。从产品同质化到战略趋同和商业模式趋同,由于缺乏核心服务产品的研发能力和非理性的竞争思维,国内航空货运企业采取了大致相同的商业模式,提供类似的服务产品,争夺相同的客户,营销手段基本依靠价格战。所以,商业模式的创新就成为目前中国航空货运企业提升和努力的一个方向,使中国航空货运企业更好地为客户创造价值,并增强自身竞争能力。
