传统的校内外实训基地在实践中暴露出很多问题,而校企合作股份制实训基地则在办企目的、利益分配以及股权控制等方面存在明显矛盾,二者都不适应高职工商管理专业人才培养的需要。文章通过对广西经贸职业技术学院工商管理专业亮点中小企业管理咨询服务工作室进行分析,提出了多方共赢的项目驱动实训模式,并列举了实例,就该模式的利弊、设置、利益分配、运行机制以及存在问题等提出了建设性的阐述。
The traditional training base inside and outside the school exposes many problems in practice. However, there are obvious contradictions in the aspects of enterprise’s purpose, profit distribution and stock right control between the school-enterprise cooperation joint-stock training base and neither of them are suitable for higher vocational education Talent training needs. Based on the analysis of SME management consulting service studios in Guangxi Business College of Economics and Business, this article proposed a multi-win-win project-driven training model and gave examples. On the pros and cons of the model, the allocation of benefits, Operating mechanism and existing problems put forward constructive statements.
