本文对陶粒的毛细吸水与水分返还的“微泵”作用机理及其对混凝土结构形成和物理力学性能的影响进行了比较深入的探讨,较明确地解释了轻集料在各种条件下的吸水现象,提出了开口毛细管孔的分类分法,建议采用“自真空度”(或“吸水压力”)作为评定轻集料技术性能的参数,并提供了测试轻集料“自真空度”的试验装置和测试方法.而且通过试验证明,采用预先浸水的陶粒配制混凝土是完全可行的.
In this paper, the “micropump” mechanism of capillary water absorption and moisture return of ceramic particles and its influence on the formation and physical and mechanical properties of concrete structures are discussed in depth, and the light aggregates are more clearly explained under various conditions.
