以籼稻ZYQ8与粳稻JX17为亲本的DH群体作为研究材料 ,考察DH群体及双亲的米粒延伸率相关性状 ,并使用该群体的分子连锁图谱进行QTL分析。共检测到 14个与稻米延伸性有关的QTL ,包括 2个粒长QTL、7个饭粒长QTL和 5个米粒延伸率QTL ,分别位于第 1、2、3、5、6、7、10、11和 12染色体。所有QTL的LOD值介于2 2 6~ 9 2 5 ,分别解释性状变异的 5 31%~ 17 2 1%。在第 3染色体上的G2 4 9~G16 4、第 6染色体上的G30~RZ5 16和第 10染色体上的G10 82~GA2 2 3区间同时检测到控制饭粒长和米粒延伸率的QTL。米粒延伸性受多基因控制 ,Wx基因与位于第 6染色体上的 qCRE 6的G30~RZ5 16区间相近 ,对米饭的延伸性具重要影响
The DH population of Indica rice ZYQ8 and Japonica JX17 were used as materials to study the related traits of rice elongation in DH population and their parents, and QTL analysis was conducted using the molecular linkage map of this population. A total of 14 QTLs related to rice extensibility were detected, including 2 grain length QTLs, 7 rice grain length QTLs and 5 rice grain elongation QTLs located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 11 and 12 chromosomes. The LOD values of all QTL ranged from 226 to 952, accounting for 531% to 1721% of the variance of traits. QTLs controlling grain length and grain elongation were detected at G2 4 9 ~ G 16 4 on chromosome 3, G30 ~ RZ 5 16 on chromosome 6, and G 10 82 ~ GA 2 2 3 on chromosome 10. Rice grain extensibility is controlled by polygenes, and Wx gene is similar to G30 ~ RZ5 16 interval of qCRE 6 on chromosome 6, which has an important influence on the extensibility of rice
