建立了11个由不同长径比(1~30)单向增强相增强梯度复合材料物理模型,采用ANSYS有限元分析方法研究了增强相形态对梯度复合材料最大热应力的影响及热应力的分布。结果表明,增强相形态对梯度复合材料的热应力有重要影响,最大热应力值随增强相长径比的减小而减小。当长径比小于9时,最大热应力显著降低,且热应力主要分布在中间梯度层。
Eleven reinforced solidification models of composite materials with different aspect ratio (1 ~ 30) unidirectional reinforcing phases were established. The effects of reinforcing phase morphology on the maximum thermal stress of gradient composites and the distribution of thermal stress were studied by ANSYS finite element analysis . The results show that the enhanced phase morphology has an important effect on the thermal stress of the graded composites, and the maximum thermal stress decreases with the decrease of the aspect ratio. When the aspect ratio is less than 9, the maximum thermal stress decreases significantly, and the thermal stress is mainly distributed in the intermediate gradient layer.
