干预个体选择职业教育的家庭因素探析——社会分层的视角

本文从社会分层的视角出发,对干预个体选择职业教育的家庭因素进行了分析。文章指出,以家庭阶层背景为标志的家庭因素对个体的教育选择具有直接的影响作用。改革开放以来的不同时期,职校学生社会身份的变化影响着家庭对职业教育的价值判断。而个人最终选择何种教育类型,部分地取决于其家庭对各类资本的占有量。目前被排斥在“地位取向”教育之外的弱势群体,又可能因为职业教育的高成本、低回报而选择辍学。 From the perspective of social stratification, this article analyzes the family factors that interfere with individual choice of vocational education. The article points out that the family factor marked by the background of family class has a direct influence on the individual’s educational choices. At different periods since the reform and opening up, the changes of the social identities of vocational school students affect the family’s value judgments on vocational education. The type of education that individuals ultimately choose depends, in part, on the share of their families in all types of capital. Currently disadvantaged groups who are excluded from the “status-oriented” education may also opt out of school due to the high cost and low return of vocational education.
