目的 了解四种化学杀虫剂对 B.t.i H- 14的抑菌情况。方法 采用纸片法分别进行四种化学杀虫剂和 B.t.i H-14抑菌试验。结果 溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯对 B.t.i H- 14无抑菌作用。二氯苯醚低浓度 10 0 0 m g/ L 以下无抑菌作用 ,10 0 0 mg/ L以上则有轻微抑菌作用。奋斗呐悬浮剂对 B.t.i H- 14有明显抑菌作用。结论 溴氰菊酯 ,氯氰菊酯对 B.t.i H- 14无抑菌作用表明混配可以选用 ,并为下一步进行混配试验提供了依据。
Objective To understand the bacteriostasis of four chemical insecticides against B.t.i H-14. Methods Four kinds of chemical insecticides and B.t.i H-14 bacteriostasis were respectively tested by paper method. Results Deltamethrin and cypermethrin showed no antibacterial activity against B.t.i H-14. Dichlorophenyl ether low concentration of less than 10 0 m g / L no antibacterial effect, more than 10 0 0 mg / L have a slight antibacterial effect. Struggle sodium suspending agent B.t.i H-14 has obvious bacteriostatic effect. Conclusion No inhibitory effect of deltamethrin and cypermethrin on B.t.i H-14 shows that the mixture can be used as a basis and provides the basis for the next mixed test.
