目的 探讨肺癌组织的MRI相对信号强度与增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)之间的关系。材料与方法 2 6例肺癌患者 ,术前用Resonex 0 .3 8T磁共振成像系统 ,行横断面SET1WI ,GR序列成像 ,增强后行SET1WI。术后标本采用ABC免疫组化技术 ,观察PCNA在 2 6例肺癌中的表达。结果 Gd DTPA增强后增殖活性较低的肿瘤细胞 ( 5 % 5 0 % )的增加值 (P <0 .0 5 )。肺癌病灶的MRI形态学特征与PCNA间无相关性。结论 肿瘤细胞吸收Gd DTPA的多少与其增殖活性的高低有关 ,因此MRI信号强度在一定程度上可反映肿瘤细胞的增殖情况 ,从而间接地反映肿瘤细胞的生物学行为
Objective To investigate the relationship between MRI relative signal intensity and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in lung cancer tissue. Materials and Methods Twenty-six patients with lung cancer were treated with Resonex 0.38T magnetic resonance imaging system before the operation. The images were taken at SET1WI and GR sequences. After the enhancement, SET1WI was performed. ABC immunohistochemical technique was used to observe the expression of PCNA in 26 cases of lung cancer. Results Gd DTPA enhanced the tumor cells with lower proliferation activity (5% 50%) ( P <0. 0 5 ). The MRI morphological features of lung cancer lesions were not correlated with PCNA. Conclusion The uptake of Gd DTPA by tumor cells is related to the proliferative activity of tumor cells. Therefore, the intensity of MRI signal can reflect the proliferation of tumor cells to some extent, and indirectly reflect the biological behavior of tumor cells.
