目的:探讨分析不同检测方法在糖化血红蛋白定量中的应用价值,丰富临床检测经验。方法:选择我院于2011年11月-2013年3月在我院接受治疗的糖尿病患者550例,通过全自动生化分析仪检测患者的血红蛋白A1c水平,依据血红蛋白A1c水平将其分成低值组、中值组以及高值组,同时通过离子交换高效液相色谱分析法(HPLC)以及酶法对不同组别的血红蛋白 A1c待检样本进行检测,观察不同检测方法在糖化血红蛋白定量中的应用价值;同时应用酶法和 HPLC 对患者的高脂蛋白进行检测。结果:两种检测方法均具有较高的准确性,但是检测结果显示应用酶法检测糖化血红蛋白的水平略高于应用 HPLC的检测结果,但是两组比较差异不显著(P>0.05);检测结果显示酶法检测的高脂蛋白值无异常,而应用 HPLC法检测的高脂蛋白值偏高,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:酶法与 HPLC 在糖化血红蛋白的定量中有较高的应用价值,均具有较高的可信度,但是相比之下酶法检测的操作更为简便、快捷,且较为经济,因此酶法可作为糖化血红蛋白定量的主要检测方法。“,”objective :to study the analysis of different testing methods in the application of glycosylated hemoglobin quantitative value , rich clinical experience .Methods :our hospital in November 2011 - March 2013 in our hospital for treatment of 550 patients with diabetes , patients with automatic biochemical analyzer test hemoglobin A1c levels ,on the basis of hemoglobin A1c levels will be divided into low group ,the median and high value group ,at the same time through ion exchange high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and enzy-matic for different groups of hemoglobin A1c inspected samples for testing ,observe different testing methods in the application of glycosylat-ed hemoglobin quantitative value ;At the same time the enzymatic and HPLC to detect patients with high cholesterol .Results :the two kinds of detection method has higher accuracy ,but the detection results show that the application of enzymatic saccharification hemoglobin level slightly higher than the application of HPLC test results ,but no significant difference compared the two groups (P > 0 .05);Test results show that the enzymatic test of high lipoprotein values without exception ,and the application of HPLC to detect high lipoprotein values on the high side ,two groups are significant difference (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :enzymatic and HPLC in the quantitative of glycosylated hemo-globin has higher application value and have higher credibility ,but compared with enzymatic detection operation more simple and convenient , and more economic ,therefore enzymatic can be used as the main detection methods glycated hemoglobin quantitative .
