网络仿真技术是研究通信网络的有效工具之一。IPv6作为下一代互联网协议,具有举足轻重的作用,而对移动性的良好支持是IPv6的一个重要特点。本文阐述了NS-2在研究移动IPV6方面的应用,并引入了Mobiwan在移动IPv6的广域网模拟方面的缺陷,重点介绍了一种对Mobiwan的扩展方法,并分析了扩展前后的性能差别。
Network simulation technology is one of the effective tools for researching communication networks. IPv6 as a next-generation Internet protocol plays a decisive role, and good support for mobility is an important feature of IPv6. This paper describes the application of NS-2 in the research of Mobile IPV6 and introduces the shortcomings of Mobiwan in the WAN simulation of Mobile IPv6. It focuses on a method of extending Mobiwan and analyzes the performance differences before and after the expansion.
