目的掌握珠江水域广州口岸蚊类的本底情况,为口岸开展蚊类防控、完善蚊媒传染病防控机制工作提供科学依据。方法采用人工小时法、紫外灯诱蚊法调查成蚊的种群构成、密度、季节消长等情况;采用勺捞法、集卵器法调查蚊类幼虫的密度、季节消长等情况。结果共捕获成蚊7 008只,经鉴定隶属于1科4属6种;优势种为致倦库蚊;成蚊年平均密度为15.81只/人工·h(人工小时法)、0.20只/灯·h(紫外灯诱蚊法);季节消长呈单峰型,3~6月密度较高。蚊类幼虫年平均密度为0.03条/勺,季节消长呈双峰型,高峰期出现在5-7月和11-12月;年平均诱卵指数为0.33,高峰期在8月。结论本次调查掌握了珠江水域广州口岸蚊类的本底情况。
Objective To understand the background of mosquitoes in Guangzhou Port in the Pearl River Basin and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of mosquitoes in ports and the prevention and control mechanism of mosquito-borne infectious diseases. Methods The population structure, density, season growth and decline of adult mosquitoes were investigated by the method of artificial hour and UV lamp. The larvae density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquito larvae were investigated by scoop method and ovipositor method. Results A total of 7 008 adult mosquitoes were captured and identified, belonging to 4 families, 1 genera and 6 species. The dominant species was Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus. The average annual adult mosquito density was 15.81 / artificial hour (artificial hour), 0.20 / lamp · H (UV light mosquito method); seasonal fluctuation showed a single peak, 3 to 6 months higher density. The annual average density of mosquito larvae was 0.03 per spoon, with the seasonal fluctuation showing a bimodal pattern. The peak appeared in May-July and November-December. The average annual ovulation index was 0.33 and the peak was in August. Conclusion The survey mastered the background of the mosquitoes in the Guangzhou Port of the Pearl River.
